Four nights in beautiful Malaga, Spain
12 - 16 June 2025
I'm delighted to be running my third retreat in Malaga, Spain with the wonderful team at La Palma. Rest, restore, and take a little vacation with me on the Costa del Sol with like natured souls. This is a beautiful place to soak in the rays and practice twice daily. Retreats are such a great way to step back from your life, fully unplug, and connect to nature and your true self.
On both years, I was blown away by the delicious food and hospitality of our hosts at La Palma. We have our own little oasis in the mountains but close enough if you want to head to the beach or take in the sights.
I hope you can join me and I look forward to spending time with you in June 2025!

I traveled to India in November 2018 and completely fell in love. The place and the people left a deep impression with me and I knew I wanted to take a group there one day. Rishikesh is located in the foothills of the Himalayas and is seen as one of the spiritual capitals of India. I am hoping to set foot on Indian soil again soon and I hope you can join me then.
I’ve been to two of Aoife’s Enniskillen retreats and look forward to so many more. I travelled solo and loved meeting new people and also getting to know some familiar faces from Yoga Quarter. The accommodation is lovely, modern and clean; the catering is excellent, food is wholesome and delicious. Such a warm, fun and friendly atmosphere throughout. I leave feeling refreshed and energised. Aoife is a star. - Joanne McDermott
So I’m a woman of a certain age. New to yoga and certainly not fit or young enough to go on a yoga retreat. No matter how much I dream I’ll never make an Instagram story. Then I met Aoife this amazing bundle of life, enthusiasm, energy, compassion and lover of life. Through her yoga classes she helped me develop a belief that I was capable, I could try and what the hell if I failed. So I heard the rumbling of a yoga retreat from other people at yoga quarter. They talked about the fun, the challenges and the buzz that followed you home long after the retreat had finished. So I thought put yourself out there and I did. It was everything and beyond. The location stunning, the food amazing and the time with Aoife and fellow yogis was not short of glorious.

Aoife is truly one in a million! To be in her company for a class is something special, so spending a retreat with her is amazing, beautiful, soul-nourishing time.
The rustic retreat had us all come together to the most beautiful spot on the shores of Lough Erne where we were welcomed by Aoife with big hugs of love. Although I’d never been on a retreat those who had attended previous ones were all so welcoming and kind. Accommodation was perfect, I loved that we had to walk a short distance to our houses as it gave time to reflect and breathe.
I attended in October and each morning we were greeted with the most spectacular sunrise. It was crisp and cold but the main room and accommodation was toasty and warm. The food, oh the food... like nothing I’ve ever had before, all vegetarian, all amazing.
With incredible knowledge and awareness for each and every one of her students, Aoife will lead you through any type of yoga - slow, flow, gentle, challenging - with a calm and beautiful approach. Helping you if needed, encouraging you always, creating space for each individual to work at their own pace and ability, judgment free.
Her classes are full of love and laughter, peace and connection. Aoife is awesome! and I can’t wait for the next retreat. - Tara O'Dornan
